Before you write

• Party names and technical subject only. No case details, no theory of the case, no documents, no samples, no privileged or work-product material.
• The check itself is quick. You will normally hear back within one business day on whether a conflict exists.
• Substantive discussion follows clearance. Only once conflicts are cleared and an engagement agreement is in place.
• The opinion follows the evidence. If the technical picture does not support the position, you will be told before it costs anything.
